We're all in a nostalgic mood of sorts all of a sudden at the end of every year. Even more so after a decade (most of which I do not remember except the extremely painful parts; i.e. 2006-present) but THANKFULLY, we had sports and MUSIC as a salve.

Here are my personal Top 20 Favorite Albums Of The 2000s:

20. Juelz Santana - "From Me To U".
19. Fred Hammond - "Free To Worship".
18. Faith Evans - "Faithfully".
17. Alicia Keys - "Songs In A-Minor".
16. Toni Braxton - "The Heat".
15. Sade - "Lovers Rock".
14. musiq soulchild - "juslisen"
13. Joe - "My Name Is Joe".
12. Cam'ron - "Killa Season".
11. Jill Scott - "Who Is Jill Scott? Words & Sounds, Vol. I".
10. Jagged Edge - "J.E. Heartbreak".
9. Gloria Estefan - "Alma CaribeƱa".
8. Ghostface Killah - "Supreme Clientele".
7. Fred Hammond - "Purpose By Design".
6. Carl Thomas - "Emotional".
5. Cam'ron - "Purple Haze".
4. Cam'ron - "Come Home With Me".
3. Joann Rosario - "More, More, More"
2. Lisa McClendon - "My Diary, Your Life".
1. The Diplomats - "Diplomatic Immunity".

This is based upon total spins on CDs, my iTunes, how much I reach for the albums or songs off the albums that I still listen to even today.

It's tough to compose a list like this when you're an audiophile, but feel free to come up with your own list and share with me.
